Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high
level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high
degree of leverage can work for as well as against you. Before deciding
to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your
investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The
possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your
initial investment and therefore you should not invest money you cannot
afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with
foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial
advisor should you have any doubts.Although we strive to ensure that
your Expert Advisor, Custom Indicator or Script is coded to your
specifications and is as error-free as possible, please note that we
cannot guarantee the profitability or accuracy of your expert advisor.
We strongly recommend that you thoroughly (back)test any Expert Advisor,
Custom Indicator or Script, as well as forward test it on a demo
account to the extent that you have made sure it behaves according to
your requirements before using it on a live account. Please note that
actual trading results may not correspond to optimized or back-tested
results. All our products are to be used at your own risk. MQL4 Coding
Service cannot be held liable for any financial losses incurred through
the use of our products
Price and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR. Given price quotes
are final and are valid as long as our hourly rate and/or the minimum
fee are not changed. Accepted payment methods are PayPal (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express) and wire transfer.
Discount
For every 3 paid for products, you will receive a 5 % discount increment for the coming 3 ordered products.
For example:
If you have ordered and paid for 3 products, you will receive a 5 % discount for the next 3 products.
If you have ordered and paid for 6 products, you
will receive a 10 % discount for the next 3 products, and so on until
you have reached the maximum of 25% discount.

Refunds
A refund request will be accepted in case the
delivered product does not meet the requirements as agreed upon in the
order form, and after we have been given the possibility together with
all the relevant information we would need to repair the product.
Malfunction of the product due to broker specific limitations,
connections to third party software or modifications of the product not
made by MQL4 Coding Service, do not constitute a refund. Payment costs
will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Non-Disclosure
We pledge to hold your trading system in
confidence. We will not resell your product that contains your trading
ideas, nor will we publish your system specifications. Receipt of your
system specifications or other intellectual property by us will
effectively constitute a Non-Disclosure Agreement. We have no obligation
with respect to such information where the information: 1) was known to
us prior to receiving any of the Confidential Information from the
customer; 2) has become publicly known through no wrongful act of
Recipient; 3) was received by us without breach of this Agreement from a
third party without restriction as to the use and disclosure of the
information; 4) was independently developed by us without use of the
Confidential Information.

Delivery Policy
We deliver our products electronically through
email. We strive to deliver any product within the time period as
indicated along with the price quote, or in any case, unless otherwise
specified, at the latest 5 business days after payment has been
received.
